Payment

We accept payment via Stripe. Please visit the Stripe website for their full terms and conditions.

The goods will not be delivered until the customer’s funds have been paid in full to The Pudding Wagon.

Order Notes

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via email.

The Pudding Wagon monitors prices on a regular basis. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result, The Pudding Wagon reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

By placing an order, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and those stated on our delivery page.

Products

In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery/collection date.

Returns Policy & Guarantee

As all products are perishable, once an order has been placed we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds.
